Janette Toral (www.DigitalFilipino.com) and Cannie May of Your One Stop Shopping Network - Yossn.com conducted a business forum discussion on Women in Web, Wireless, and Outsourcing.
At the Nov. 23 session held in Racks Restaurant (El Pueblo, Julia Vargas cor. ADB Ave., Ortigas Center), I was able to hear the presentation of Abby Ongyanco (www.VirraMall.com) and Reggie Bundang (www.RegaloService.com) who talked about selling products online.
The other speakers were Stephanie Caragos, CEO of Syntactics Inc (www.SyntacticsInc.com) who presented a Primer on Outsourcing: What you need to know about outsourcing and identifying the right vendor, and Cannie May, Owner and President of Your One Stop Shop Network (www.YOSSN.com) who spoke about Making Online Payment Fast, Simple, and Easy.

I learned that SMEs would like to start blogging (but don't know how), netpreneurs would like to learn how to make money online, that site owners struggle between having an aesthetic web site and ranking high in the search engines, and that people want higher web traffic.
In the future, I'll post tutorials on:
How To Start Blogging Now
Are you making this costly Adsense mistake?
Online Marketing: The Lifeblood of Your Site
The Internet Goldmine You're Unwittingly Sitting On
Till then, stay tuned...
(Thank you, Janette, for helping the public and the DigitalFilipino community, and for the great food at Racks Restaurant in El Pueblo. Ituloy Angsulong!) ![]()

Hi Manuel. Great to see you again and for sharing what happened in the forum. We look forward to your tutorials too!
[From Manuel] Thanks, Janette!
Your generosity in sharing your expertise during the break truly made that meeting more worthwhile than it already was. I'm looking forward to that joint venture, okay?!... And, oh... this site looks great, Manuel!
May your and Janette's tribes increase!
