(You will need to do some Keyword Research to give you a better idea of what to publish online. In other words, write about things that your target market is searching for.)

The next step is to gain visitors. The key lies in finding out where people are online, go there and make yourself visible (in a nice or useful way), and indirectly invite them to read or see what you have posted online (i.e., your web site).

Once those people visit your site, you will need to motivate them to do something afterwards (i.e., sign-up for your service, contact you, ask for a quote).

That's the basic outline of web marketing.
