Scott Million interviews the Lazy Super Affiliate Marketer Chris Rempel in the latest Warrior Webinar on Saturday, February 28, 2009 at 8:30PM EST. If you can't attend the webinar, the video and audio recording will be available around 24 hours after the live event. And when you join ahead of time (as I have), you'll be able to download an MP3 recording of Scott interviewing Chris about his affiliate marketing success strategies and tactics that help him make money online.

Now here's what I think...

The bundled pre-event interviews are teasers for the main event. This shouldn't be too much of an issue for you, though, since the webinar will go live in less than 24 hours. Anyway, here's a quick summary of those interviews...

Chris reveals how he started in affiliate marketing, which is pretty much the same as everyone else. In other words, he's just like us, and if he was able to succeed, then so can we. His basic formula for success involves combining two key components.

Let me share with you my story...

There's this computer shop that I frequent in one of the malls here in the Philippines, and I end up speaking with about two or three salespeople. The one who stands out is a fellow named Jeff, because he always has a ready smile and he patiently answers all my questions...

...even if it takes me around 5 to 7 visits before I buy anything.

Anyway, it was a warm afternoon and I was looking at an Acer Aspire One netbook, when into the computer shop glides a woman with distractingly lovely long hair.

She was looking for an HP Mini Note. She stops to speak with Jeff when she notices that I was also getting a netbook.

So we chat a bit, and I explain to her that she can go for an Asus Eee PC, or an MSI Wind, or perhaps even an HP Mini Note. I enumerated the various reasons why people get a netbook:

Do you want to surf the internet in WiFi zones?
Will you use your netbook to make Powerpoint presentations?
Do you need to connect it to an Infocus wall projector?
Will you type a lot of text?

Then based on her needs, I shared with her info about which netbooks have wonderful monitors, which ones have good keyboards (particularly in terms of layout), which have a long battery life, which features she can prioritize and what things she can live with.

In the end, she went on and purchased the netbook that she wanted to buy even before she set foot in the computer store.

Yet she was happier about her purchase (judging from the radiant smile on her face), and even went on to get HP Mini Note accessories to address the things it lacked. That made Jeff happy, too, which makes me feel great knowing that Jeff will take care of me when I return there.

And that, in a nutshell, is what the "Conduit Method" of affiliate marketing is all about.

You need to identify people who are "on the verge of buying", be visible, present a fair and objective review of various related products, and help people go ahead and get the product that they were going to buy in the first place.

Customers will be happy because you helped reassure them about their online purchase. Please take note that you did not promote this or that product. You mainly presented the strengths and weaknesses of the available alternatives objectively. In the end, a sale is made and you will earn your affiliate commission.

So that's basically how it works in general, without the nitty-gritty details.

As far as the details are concerned, Chris Rempel will reveal his specific six-figure affiliate marketing tactics. If you're curious or interested, please click here and join the Warrior Webinar :-)

UPDATE: The seminar is over. The recurring theme is: publish useful and relevant content; serve others first, make money online later.

And while you're (like me) impatiently waiting for the webinar to start, then listen to the instantly downloadable MP3 audio interviews where Chris Rempel describes to Scott Million sites which earn $400 to $500 monthly, and which systems earned $18,000 in commissions in a week.

Chris also reveals how large (or how small, actually) his conduit sites are, as well as how long it takes before profits came in, and also why the money is not in the list. He also answers questions based on his personal experience:

  • Which Clickbank products should you promote?
  • Does "bum marketing" work?
  • What's the missing ingredient of affiliate marketing success?

That audio interview is just a taste of what's to come in the actual webinar itself.

I'm excitedly awaiting the start of the Warrior Webinar. In the meantime, I'll go ahead and publish an affiliate marketing website that follows the success pattern of Chris Rempel's lazy super affiliate conduit method... with a twist, of course.
