thanks for the write-up - I&#039;m really glad you saw the value in the process of engagement I&#039;m describing... I think in purely business terms, more and more people are seeing straight through old fashioned marketing pitches, and looking for something more genuine, more human, more engaging. 

Add to that how much less creepy it feels to be talking to people rather than spamming them, and you&#039;ve got a win/win :)
