Simple Recent Comments Plugin

I like the Simple Recent Comments Plugin because it allows you to quickly see newly added comments, while improving your site's visibility in the search engines.
Other "Recent Comment" plugins I've seen link the commenter's name to their URL, and that sends away too much PR from your homepage's sidebar. With G-Loaded!'s Simple Recent Comments Plugin, however, the link goes to your own site's internal page.
I remember Marc Macalua's presentation during the iBlog2 Summit where he mentioned that heavy internal links will help optimize your site for the search engines.

What I want to do on my blog, is every few hours take the oldest post and move it to the
front of the queue, all automatically. Anyone know if there is a plugin that can do this or
a simple way to set up another plugin to do this (use my own feed perhaps)?
Thanks.
