Here's a review of Silent Profit Machine (by Alok Jain). The promise is interesting: You can earn $2475 for every 100 people you refer to the free report. Is this just a scam? Here's the result of an initial test of the Silent Profit Machine (SPM) PDF file.
Here's how the Silent Profit Machine system works:
- You download the free PDF report.
- You get your own Clickbank ID, Paydotcom ID, and Paypal email address.
- You then sign-up as an SPM affiliate, and send visitors to the Silent Profit Machine via your affiliate link. You'll also set in your SPM account the url of the webpage that you want visitors to automatically visit, after they sign up for the free SPM report.
- Your visitors then get to download the free Silent Profit Machine report, and this is where the magical, brilliant genius of Alok Jain shines.
Inside the SPM report are links to various other products (i.e., On Demand Profits, Duvet Dollars, Two Minute Profits, Day Job Killer, 7 Dollar Secrets, Affiliate of the Month). When people visit those sites via the links in the free PDF report, they will be cookied with an affiliate ID.
Sometimes, it will be your affiliate ID. Other times it will be with some other ID. My guess is that other ID is somehow related to Alok Jain.
It looks like people you send to the SPM will be cookied or tagged, which allows Alok's sytem to know what affiliate ID to use in those affiliate product links. Your affiliate ID will then be roughly used around 50% of the time, so that about half of the time, the affiliate commission will go to you.
If you recall, people will sign up for the free SPM report. That means they'll also be signed up for a 50-week email newsletter. Every week, they'll get an email from Alok Jain, and those emails will contain links to different affiliate programs.
Again, affiliate commissions will more or less alternate between you and Alok.

So far, zero dollars have been earned. Then again, less than 100 people have downloaded the report, so the "$2,475 for every 100 referred visitors" experiment is still on-going. Looks like it's going to be a rather long wait.
But that's one nice thing about the web. Just set it, and forget about it. And one day, you'll just be surprised.
