Do you want a quick, instant spike in traffic? Write a press release. Here's where you can submit one... for free.
The web craves information. The newer, the better. That's why some companies are willing to publish your press release for free.
At PRLeap.com (PR6), for example, you can handily submit your press release. And if the release date is not that immediate, you'll even gain a higher visibility spot on their homepage.
For example, when I tested a release date of 3 days from now, the screen showed my release would be in slot #155. But when I chose a release date of 4 days from now, the slot moved up to #9.

The Results
