There are actually quite a few "dofollow" type plugins. That one is the most basic, but there are other that offer a short term "nofollow" and after a while it reverts to a followable links. I think some also allow configuration, thus comments are nofollow, but a trackback is a real link, thus an automated link exchange. Thanks for the mention.
