Lance Tamashiro and Robert Plank launch the Niche Invasion System, a one hour video that shows you how to make money online by finding "niche honeyholes", invading them, and using them to send "vast amounts of targeted traffic to your websites."

Let's review the Niche Invasion System and see if it's just a scam, or if it can truly help internet home business owners to succeed...

Is it true that you can easily find an untapped niche, that you can be a leading expert in? Yes, it is true. Lance explains it perfectly in a couple of minutes.

And you'll know it will work for you. Unless you are a completely uninteresting person who has very little value to other people.

But since you are a person of value, and since you have spent your time helping others (directly or indirectly) in the past instead of just vegetating the whole day in front of a PS3 or cable TV, you will be able to take quick action on the section about "niche honeyholes."

What about this statement: "It's not SEO, it's not article marketing, it's not Twitter... it works faster than that."

Well... it's not any of those. That is, if you're looking at your own efforts. But if you rely on the efforts of others, you will find that they were the ones who did the SEO, Twitter promotions, article marketing, and other things needed to get the word out.

The video does not provide more details on how to fully tap this kind of network that is right under your nose, but I can help give you tips on how to do this step-by-step, if you're interested.

Will this always be evergreen? Well, nothing lasts forever. But if you can monetize a topic or a website for around 8 years (without having to even update that site), then yes, that makes some niche topics everlasting.

Afterall, on the internet, 8 years feels like an eternity. :-)

What about this statement by Lance Tamashiro and Robert Plank about the Niche Invasion System:

In fact, this works faster than anything you've ever seen, even if right now you have no list, no website, or no knowledge of finding these niche honeyholes.

Here's the bottomline: "Even if right now" you don't have any of those (i.e., list, website, knowledge), you will need to learn how to build a list and also a website in order to fully maximize the benefits of using the NIS. You can also outsource those technical things, if you wish.

Remember, it's a one-hour long video recording of Lance and Robert. It looks like something recorded during a webinar, complete with screenshots and mindmaps.

What I didn't like about the Niche Invasion System. The downloadable file is quite huge at 151 MB. The zip file contains three files: mp3, wmv, and m4a (for the iPod).

It would've been convenient if there were an option to download just the WMV (44 MB), for example. Then again, in the age of high speed internet broadband access, most of you won't mind downloading a 151 MB zip file.

What I Like Most About NIS. I learned a lot from Lance's tips on how to create a follow-up series. The one-hour video does not go into technical nitty-gritty detail what has been covered in most Help/Tutorial pages of various autoresponders.

But the structure of the messages is quite easy to implement, and I'll be adjusting my other email marketing campaigns immediately.

Thank you, Lance, for giving me that A-HA! moment. :-)

Do you know how many email follow-up messages is ideal, based on the experience of Lance Tamashiro? It's not what you've read in ebooks of various internet marketing gurus.

From my initial test, I'm seeing an 18% improvement in responses. In other words, I can now connect with 88 people and get results similar to what I got in the past when I connected with 100 people.

I will have to make more tests, though, regarding how effective Lance's easier method actually is. For all we know, that initial success might just be a fluke.

Would you like to try it yourself? Check out the Niche Invasion System (http://www.nicheinvasionsystem.com) today, and I will share with you a key internet marketing insight that's not found in the NIS video.

(The last time I looked, NIS retailed for $7. Then the price was increased to $17. It will be raised to $27 soon...)

That internet marketing tactic (which I call the "LTRP" Method) is something you can also use in your internet business, whether you're trying to sell your own ebooks or your services online.

NOTE: Listen to or watch the NIS video, study it, ask me questions via email for around 7 days. Afterwards, I will give you access to the bonus info (LTRP Method).
