Do you want to offer your customers something different? How about a multimedia ebook? There are lots of software out there which can help you convert html web pages to audio-visual ebooks, yet you need to consider certain factors before bringing your content from your website and into the hard disk of your customers.
1. Do you have the content? It's so easy to get wrapped up with this or that ebook compiler. You try different programs such as Ebook Starter, Ebook Maestro, Ebook Edit Pro, Ebook Gold, and a host of others. You get excited. You compile a few test ebooks. You purchase the software.
And then you're stuck. You realize that you have the tools, but not the content. It will help if you write the content first (or at least some amount of it), and then consider the ebook compiler software.
2. Can your customers easily download the ebook? Not all ebook compilers are created equal. Some can play flash video, others handle audio mp3 files better. Simpler compilers produce smaller files, while sophisticated ones produce mega-large files. You'll need to find some kind of balance, so that you can meet your customers' needs while making it easy for them to get your files.
3. Consider the trialware concept. Not every computer can run your ebook. Some customers will angrily ask for a refund if you let them download the ebook after they've paid for it, only for them to discover that it won't work on their PCs.
With trialware, you can allow people to download your ebook and view it for a limited amount of time. Then, if they truly want to purchase it, they can do so by accessing the "How To Register" page inside your ebook.
That's one way of minimizing complaints about your ebook not running in their computers.

thanks for the information. I have tried developing IT manuals for our school. For example, if I'm going to create an ebook for Adobe Photoshop, do I have to get permission from Adobe? I was just wondering. Thanks.
It will help to get permission, especially since you'll be using screenshots of the software. I wonder, though, if people who have posted thousands of Photoshop tutorials in YouTube got permission first.
Perhaps your ebook can present an organized list of PS tutorials, with links to a page in your web site which has the corresponding embedded YT video?
