If you're using video marketing to make money online, a key tactic is to stand out in a crowd. One way of doing that is with the help of different Flash players. Those are the "video containers" or the things you see around the actual video itself.
For example, YouTube has its own distinct Flash player.
Anyway, here are examples of where you can get free Flash players...
How to Embed FLV Flash Videos in your Blog ? -- Labnol shares some code which you can copy/paste into your web site or blog. The actual Flash FLV player is hosted in GooglePages.com, while the source video can be stored anywhere else. You'll have to be careful with copyright issues, especially if you don't own the video that you are playing in your site.
FLVPlayer -- Platipus.nl shares the work of Theo Lagendijk, who developed "a small, user-friendly, easy installable FLV Player." I like the minimalist approach of his FLV Player.
Any FLV Player -- "FLV Player is a standalone freeware to play FLV (MPEG-4 encoded video file for Flash) files. With Any FLV Player, you can easily play your FLV videos as it doesn't require the complicated Flash authoring tool and Flash development tools. Compared with other FLV players, this FLV player tool can help you post video files to website or BLOG with clicks. You can use the Publish to Web feature to easily integrate any videos to your website."
FlowPlayer.org -- FlowPlayer is an open source, free video player for the web, that allows you to embed video streams (AVI/MOV/MPG) in your web site. It even allows you to play super high quality H.264 videos. You can also change the skin color of your video player, or hide it if you wish.
With these free tools, you can free yourself from YouTube. You also don't need to spend on those expensive $97 flash players. Then again, what you save in dollars you'll make up for in terms of additional typing work, because the code will not always be automatically made for you.
Anyway, good luck with your video marketing campaigns. May your creativity and persistence bring you the rewards you seek.
